Fold Over Elastic (F.O.E) is of superior quality. F.O.E elastic is great for binding cloth diapers or to finish off raw edges. There are many uses for foldover elastic such as around the legs & waist, pants, tops or skirts, childrens clothes, necklines, sleeve cuffs, lingerie, underwear, and etc. There is a fold line in the middle of the elastic for easy folding. Fold over elastic is also used as an alternative to bias tape.
