No, CTSUSA.com is not only for wholesale customers. Unlike other distributor/wholesale sewing supply stores, CTSUSA.com offers sewing products to everyone at wholesale prices. Everyone is welcome to buy, and there are no minimum purchase requirements.

If you are a returning customer, go to http://www.ctsusa.com/ and click on "My Account" to log in. Your log in user id is the email address that you used to register.
After I place an order, how will I be advised of the order status?
CTSUSA.com will keep you informed of your order status via email. Your tracking number (if available) will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You can also check the order status online with a registered account. PayPal customers do not have customer profile on our data base. That is why if you search your past order(s), it only shows the order that was placed with our checkout method.

Special orders usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive. We will notify you via email if your order includes special order items. All special orders must be prepaid. The colors listed in the CTS Color Chart & Online CTS Color Chart are only available for 40/2 and 30/2 CTS Sewing Threads. Select a link below for the thread size and quantity you would like to order; there is an option to specify a thread color based on the CTS Color Chart.

You can only use your own shipping carrier for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. You can not use your own shipping carrier for shipments to any of the other 48 states.
