Textile Cleaning Gun Electric Spray Gun 110V
Features:
Following vacuum principles, Electric Spray Gun is designed for getting rid of contamination/dirt. It is like a electric spot remover. It could be used independently and could generate high pressure directly without help of an air compressor. It is easy to use, and either l.l.l. trich-lorethane, spray gun oil, or general liquid solvent could be used as a detergent to get rid of contamination.
It's suitable for:
Cleaning knitted fabric, garments, laundry clothes, and oil contamination on machinery.
Instructions of Use and Maintainence:
1. During operation spray inwardly with high pressure to get rid of oil contamination. The proper spot removal by "Shooting" the dirt out of the fabric should be carried out in a circular sweep, working from the outside toward the center.
2. The proper distance for spraying is 10-20 cm. Proper adjustment of pressure and spraying distance will be made according to thickness, density of the target to be sprayed to avoid damage on the targets to be sprayed like fiber.
3. The screw at the rear part of spray gun could control spraying force. When it is turned clockwise, the spraying force is higher, while turned clockwise, spraying force becomes weaker and will spray out less liquid.
4. To extend life of spray gun and to ensure efficient funtionality, you are suggested to take a few minutes to maintain your spray gun after each use. First, let out all of the remaining liquid in spray gun. Next, remove the piston marked 14 and add lubricating oil on them.
5. When spray gun does not function efficiently, please troubleshoot according to the Part List. If there is rust, please get rid of rust by rust-removing cement and then add lubricating oil on these parts.
